At its meeting held on 5 September 2007, Trnava Self-Governing Region Council approved, under Resolution No 247/2007/14, the establishment of a legal person, i.e. the limited liability company SMS TTSK s.r.o., having its registered office at Starohájska 10, 917 01 Trnava.

The sole member is Trnava Self-Governing Region. The company was established to manage services and to restructure the assets and liabilities of Trnava Self-Governing Region.

Ľuboš Dusek and Ľubomír Klobušiak are authorized to act jointly on behalf of the company.

Its main activities currently include responsibility for the letting of immovable property, e.g. the public car park at Starohájska ul. 9/A in Trnava, and movables, the procurement of services to ensure the proper operation of housing and other buildings, the repair and maintenance of Trnava Region’s roads, and the management of the redundant assets of Trnava Self-Governing Region.

  3. factoring and forfaiting

  7. public procurement
  8. road management and maintenance
  9. construction of structures and changes to structures
  10. rental of movable assets
  11. letting of real estate, with the provision of services other than basic services connected with the lease
